A little bit about the club.
We are based in south-east London and main cycling activities are :
Racing in most disciplines for all ages
Go-ride sessions for the very young
Sunday club rides

Social club rides
Sunday club rides leave from Bexley village at 09:00h (click on the Contact button on the blue ribbon at the top for a map)
There are usually 3 different rides :
fast-paced (may leave earlier)
Intermediate and social include a cafe stop and, for new members, the social ride is usually the best starting-point to get to know current members and learn a bit about the club.
Club riders must ride and behave responsibly on club runs. Please read this document for guidance on group riding etiquette whilst on club runs.

Cycle fitness indoor training for members
Important update 17/03/2020 :
As a result of the Covid-19 virus and its dangers to our health, and in line with British Cycling guidance, as of Tuesday 17th March, all BC sanctioned activities will be suspended until 30/04/2020. This means we will be suspending the turbo sessions for the foreseeable future. Please continue to keep yourselves fit and healthy in the meantime.
Indoor turbo training sessions :
Every Monday from 17/02/2020 19:00h - 20:00h until 12/05/2020
Footscray Scout Hall, Rectory Lane Sidcup DA14 5BP
Week 1 Under 18s, week 2 Over 18s etc
Need to bring :
Bike, drink, towel, mat for under the turbo e.g. yoga mat or large towel to protect the floor, turbo (we have 6 to lend), music if you wish
