Thursday Night Training this summer meets at our normal Sunday Club Run meet point in Mill Row Bexley we plan to depart promptly at 19:00 hrs. We have created the two training loops below. The intention is to form a chain gang and try and maintain an average speed of around 20 mph or faster in groups suited to ability, if numbers allow. As always a sprint back into Bexley Village completes the session.

Standard Loop (8 miles approx.)
The Standard Loop route is along North cray up to Birchwood and back round to Bexley, this can be completed as many times as required.
Multi-Loop (20 miles approx.)
The Multi Loop Route is along North cray up to Birchwood and back round to Bexley then down North Cray again before looping back around Ruxley Roundabout down North Cray the reverse way then right up Vicarage Road to reverse the original course ending up back at Bexley. This gives Two runs down North Cray in each direction and a loop around Birchwood in each direction and a total of 20 miles. Also has the benefit of removing the impact of strong winds as you travel up North Cray road in both directions.
