Club 10 MileTime Trial Championship (Isle of Grain course): Jimmy Hayward 23.28 (champion), Colin Webster 25.29, Oz Osman 26.59, Dave Gearing 27.35. Reminder to qualify for the BAR event the two remaining designated events are as follows: Gravesend C. C. 12-7-15 and the ECCA 10 19-7-15. Enter as soon as possible.
Cyclopark: 4 Club members rode in a recent 4th Cat event (Dave Gearing, Steve Cook, Nick Elson and Mick McLaughlin).
Hoghill: Jimmy Hayward and Kristoff DeBeule have been riding at the circuit.
Paracycling: Matthew Robertson rode in a Paracycling event in Doncaster during the Doncaster Cycle Festival.
3 Day Stage Event: Megan Panton took part in a 3 day (4 stages) under 14 age group event in the Blackpool area. Megan finished every stage. Despite coming off on the last stage she re- mounted caught the peloton and completed a creditable finish. Megan has qualified for the National Track (Youth) Omniun event.
Club Road Race Championship: This is to be held at Cyclopark on 18-7-15.
Racing Fund Expenses: A claim was received from Megan Panton following the 3 day event. The club has agreed to assist.

Some 15-16 members are taking part in the Saturday sessions. Recently the club headed to the Bedgebury Forest centre near Lamberhurst. The club now has a vacancy for a Welfare Officer, applications welcome. (Contact Anne Wright firstname.lastname@example.org)
Sunday mornings 9am Bexley Village. In the region of 20 members are taking part in the run, which is split into sections according to ability. Oz Osman was praised for recently looking after some of our new members, who are still endeavouring to get some miles into their legs. Recently a couple of our younger riders suffered crashes and it was comforting to learn that they were looked after by their fellow members until the cavalry arrived. Matthew Buck is on the road to recovery and Matthew Robertson suffered no ill effects.
Sportive: The Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance double 100 sportive event was brought to the attention of members in attendance. Details having previously been brought to the attention of members by e-mail.
AGM: As the Secretary will not be available for the AGM in October it has been re-scheduled for 5 November 2015.
Finance: The surplus from the recent event at Cyclopark, £187, has been donated to the club's racing fund.
Treasurers Role: Sam Wood has agreed to be the Treasurer for both sections of the club (Woolwich and the Go-Ride), commencing after the AGM. A meeting between all concerned is to be held in the near future in order that Sam may acquaint herself with the various accounts and procedures.
Bexley Borough is currently advertising for a Cycling Development Officer, when in place the club intends to approach him/her to highlight our activities.
Club Picnic Day 14-6-15 at Herne Hill Velodrome: Details have been circulated to members.
Olympic Velodrome: The clubs coaches continue to run sessions on the track. Next sessions 16-6-15 and 24-6-15, see Velodrome website for details and booking.
Club Domain Name: Has been renewed for a further 2 years. Investigations are underway to develop a transfer strategy for incorporating the Go-Ride section into the main Club website.
Club Coaches: The Club's coaches were congratulated for the services they gave to the Royal Bank of Canada event at Canary Wharf. Despite the terrible weather on the night of the event 160 riders took part, 8 in a team.
