Extracts from Club minutes November 2014
Jack Miller has been doing well on the track (Newport: 3rd in the point’s race, 2nd in the unknown distance event and 3rd in the devil). Jimmy Hayward has been well placed in local Hillclimbs (Catford and the Wigmore.) Jimmy is this year’s club hillclimb champion. Matthew Buck is the Club's track champion following the Club's visit to the Olympic Velodrome on Sunday 2nd November. Josh Allen was 2nd with Liam McLaughlin 3rd. Megan Panton is the ladies track champion. Matthew and Megan are attending coaching sessions at the Velodrome.
The Club is looking to assist with a Youth series race at the Cyclopark (Gravesend) in 2015. More details to come.
Saturday sessions are witnessing 15-18 riders every week, with trips to the Cyclopark and Footscray Meadows. One of the member’s fathers is undertaking a level 2 coaching badge (Club considering assisting with the cost of the fees). The presentation of the Club's 2013 trophies is to take place later this month. The 2014 awards are still under consideration.
The winter club runs will continue to leave from Bexley Village at 9.00am. Riders looking for a more leisurely ride will depart slightly later. Senior members (rota basis) have been requested to assist with the leisure ride and guide members to the designated café stop.
2015 Club picnic day at Herne Hill Velodrome: Event to take place on 14-6-15.
Track day at the Olympic Velodrome (2-11-14) was well attended and well received by everyone taking part.

Style of Club Jersey: A discussion took place about the style and design of the current club racing jersey. Jimmy Hayward is to return to the club with a revised design for consideration. It was pointed out that no decision can be taken until the club's existing stock of jerseys is acceptably depleted through sales.
Club meeting January 2015: As the 1st Thursday in 2015 is New Year’s Day the date has been moved to the 8th January 2015.
