General Secretary: Members were reminded that the AGM will now be held in November due to the Secretary not being available for the October meeting. Members were advised that the problem with the club's internet domain name has now been resolved and the website is up and running.
Treasurer: The Club still requires a Treasurer to take responsibility for the Go-Ride affairs.
Racing Secretary: Members have been racing at Cyclopark and the Velodrome circuit. Steve Taylor finished 3rd in one of the Herne Hill track events.
Members were encouraged to enter the Wigmore hillclimb, which is the Club’s hillclimb championship event.
Matthew Roberston is the British Cycling youth para national road racing champion. Matthew won his champions jersey on the Hillingdon Circuit on 16th August 2015. Many congratulations to Matthew. Read Matthew’s report on the website.

Go-Ride: The coaching and training sessions commence on 12th September at Danson Park. Negotiations are currently ongoing with the Thomas Moore School (Eltham) with a view to being given permission to use a hard standing area on the schools premises. The head coach is also in the course of communicating with Bexley Council to ascertain if the Council can offer premises/better training area (with hard standing) than that currently on offer. (Danson Park is not always suitable in adverse weather)
Sundry: Members were reminded about the Clubs coaching session at the Olympic Velodrome on Saturday 5-9-15.
Club Xmas dinner: The dinner will be held on 6-12-15; Venue the Rising Sun Twitton Lane, Otford. This year the dinner will take the form of a buffet, names to Bob Younger.
Club Clothing: Members decided that Jimmy Hayward should progress the new proposed Club kit. Feedback was received about the design (tweaks) e.g. remove the historic club badge from the rear of the shorts. Members will be able to submit their views on the design via the website. All views to be made within the next 7 days. Jimmy will then obtain a specimen of clothing fabric from a supplier for members to examine. It was agreed that if the Club proceeds to placing an order with a supplier, Nico Sport (supplier who has provided the current kit for many years) be given the opportunity to quote. It must be remembered that the design has to be approved by British Cycling before the club can move to placing an order.
