Woolwich CC's turn to provide marshals for the summer circuit series at Crystal Palace starting at 18:45h Volunteers please contact Dave Brimson in advance

June / July 2008 - Club Evening 10 mile TT competition

The qualifiying events for this competition will be the CC Bexley club events held on Tuesdays during June and July. Start time is 19:30h and entry is on the line.

Good Luck to club member Scott Hopkins who will be taking part in a Triathlon in his native Canada this day.

05/06/2008 - Woolwich CC welcomes 3 new Youth members

At the Woolwich CC monthly meeting on 5th June, 3 new Youth members applied for and were accepted into the club. Steffie, Alex and Liam have all been through the Go-Ride Bexley coaching scheme for the last 3 years and have now made the step up to one of the Feeder clubs, so welcome to them all.

13/05/2008 - Lea Valley Road Race

Jamie Walker has competed in several races already this year, representing the Club. Recently he tried his hand (or feet ?) at his first race since being promoted to a Cat 3 rider. Read his adverntures here.

26/04/2008 - Catford CC Time Trial

Colin Webster rode his first event of the season, recording 25min 41sec in the Catford CC 10 mile time-trial over the Harrietsham course (Q10/22).

24/04/2008 - Woolwich CC Training Rides

Starting Thursday 24th April, Jamie Walker will organise midweek training-rides for those wanting to participate. Rides will start at 6:45pm from the bench at Bean Road. Please See the Contacts page for Jamie's details.

16/02/2008 - Hillingdon Saturday series

New member, Jamie Walker, has started his season early by taking part in the Hillingdon Circuit Saturday series. Finishing in the main group, he enjoyed the early-season workout. So far this year, Jamie has finished 4th, 21st and 10th. Read more about Jamie here.
