Cycling Holiday destinations

Members are invited to provide details of any suitable holiday destinations they have visited at home or abroad, with specific reference to the needs of cyclists.

Here are a couple of interesting ones that member have already provided :

• Eitzinger Sports club, c/o Club Pueblo Eldorado Playa, Cambrils, Costa Dorada, Spain

Swiss-run cycle-training club just south of Barcelona at the hotel Eldorado Playa. Eitzinger provide bikes and coaching, while the hotel Eldorado Playa provides excellent accomodation. Cyclists from Germany, Austria and Switzerland train here in the spring (April through early June). This is an ideal location with the hills of Tarragona and climbs of up to 900 metres not too far away.
